• Two cameras with two camera operators using Sony 3-chip digital video cameras.
• Demonstration, consultation and pre-planning sessions conducted in our studio or over the phone.
• Attendance at your wedding rehearsal to plan camera and microphone placement, and to discuss any rules your officiant may have regarding videorecording.
• Coordination with your photographer, wedding coordinator, and reception entertainer(s).
• Ceremony coverage at the ceremony site includes ‘behind the scenes’ preparations, the ceremony, the receiving line, your exit from the church, and the formal photography session.
• Wireless microphone: The ceremony will be recorded using a wireless microphone on the groom to effectively capture the vows.
• Reception coverage includes the wedding party introductions, the best man’s toast, the cutting of the cake, the bouquet/garter toss, novelty dances, and general dancing.
• Presentation of pre-productions: Any options you choose that are produced before your wedding day can be presented to your reception guests on our 50” big screen TV or our LCD projection system.
• Friends and Family Interviews: We cater to the camera shy. We’ll set up our camera in a place away from the noise and commotion of your reception and invite small groups of your most important guests to offer their best wishes for the two of you. The result is often the most humorous and sentimental segment of your video.
• No set time limit: We don’t want to miss anything, so we’ll stay at your reception until we’re sure we have everything we need.
• Custom editing to create a polished, professional video. Our digital editing computer is our most powerful tool for producing a video that captures and preserves all the emotions of the most romantic day of your life.
• Professional grade media: The completed production of your wedding video will be placed onto high quality DVDs (or video cassettes). The cassettes have sturdier housings and more durable tape than consumer grade video tapes, and the DVDs are professional grade disks. Each tape and disk is printed and packaged with custom graphics.
Included Options: ‘Highlights’ Montage (see option descriptions).
